What is your refund policy? TOP
Should the rare occation arise where you feel you must return an item you must contact me with in 3 days of recieving your items. You must return the item in the same condition in which it was sent to you. The item must be returned with in 7 business days from the date you contacted us about the return. You, the buyer are responsible for return shipping which will not be reimbursed. Custom orders are non refundable & non exchangable.

What is Vinyl Lettering? TOP

Vinyl lettering is the latest trend in home decor! Vinyl is an easy-to-remove, self-adhesive film that can be hung most anywhere -- at home, in places of worship, at the office, on the car, or in the school. Vinyl can be hung not only on walls, but placed on refrigerators, windows, doors, cabinets, shelves, lockers, cars, books, tiles, smooth metal, plastic, the glass in your favorite photo frames, and on limitless other surfaces that personalize your living space.

Vinyl creatively transforms your favorite quotes, scriptures, thoughts, and sayings into wall art that looks professionally hand-painted and applied without the time, cost, and mess. The pre-spaced, one-time-use letters and images, cut to perfection through computer technology, press onto any smooth surface and stay there until easily removed.

Where can vinyl be used? TOP
Vinyl can be used on a multitude of surfaces, provided the surface is clean, dry, and basically flat. There are some paints, glazes, wallpapers, and finishes that won't hold vinyl well, so make sure you try a sample before you begin a project. Also, remember that glass and mirrors aren't as forgiving as other surfaces, so be extra careful when you're laying the vinyl. Using a glaze or a finishing product on top of the finished vinyl gives a different look to your project, but it is not necessary. We suggest that you avoid all aerosol (spray) topcoats; they cause your vinyl letters to curl upward.

Besides the finished walls of a home, vinyl can be placed on most finished woods (ie. painted, crackled, sanded, stained), cabinet doors, old windows, picture frames, glass blocks, mirrors, shadowbox pictures, tiles (even in the shower!), lockers, doors, decorative plates ... to name a few. The effects are visually stunning

How doI remove vinyl lettering? TOP

Vinyl lettering is easy to remove with a pair of tweezers or your fingernails. Just gently lift up the corners and slowly remove the lettering from your surface. If you have had the lettering on your surface for a long time, use a hair dryer on a low setting to soften the letters before removing. Just go slowly ... for safety! You'll know how fast you can remove the letters after the first few are done.

HINTS: Razor blades work well for removing vinyl off glass and products like Goo-B-Gone and OOPS! help remove stubborn, sticky vinyl residue. (Be sure to test a small area first --- these products also remove paint.)

What vinyl is best for outdoors? TOP

Exterior vinyl can personalize car windows, mailboxes, windows, signs, boats, and bicycles if the surfaces are clean, flat and smooth. Regular interior vinyl generally states there is a 3 year outdoor usage, but it cracks and fades in extreme temperatures! So make sure you request the right kind of exterior vinyl. Your vinyl supplier will know what's best to help you in your project. Vinyl comes in some amazing metallic and reflective films!

If you looking to temporarily place a design outside, like for the holidays, regular interior vinyl will work fine.

Wall words are a fun, easy way to to decorate any flat surface. They can be customized, or choose from any of my pre-designed graphics. Words and graphics can be made in any size

What kind of vinyl do you use? TOP
We use high-quality oracal vinyl. We carry matte vinyl which is preferred for interior use, and we use cast vinyl for exterior and vehicle graphics use.

Is the vinyl easy to apply? TOP
